Head Start:

Water Aerobics with Lana Dicus
Enjoy a low impact cardiovascular workout that does not overextend your joints.
Location: California, Missouri Public Pool on Stella St. across from the California Middle School football field.
Dates: Wednesday and Sunday at 7:00 p.m. (Classes will end when the pool closes just before Thanksgiving.
Cost: $20 per month pays for two classes per week for an entire month.

Heyssel Hall, a large meeting room that accommodates up to 250 people, features tables, chairs, a television/videocassette recorder, kitchenette and restrooms. Bolinger Conference Room is is set up classroom style for 20 to 35 people. Rentals for non-profit groups are: half day, $10; full-day, $20. The Community Health Center will also see patients without medical insurance. $10 co-pay is expected at the time of service, but no one is turned away because of inability to pay.
